This encapsulated design creates a no-bearing change-out environment. It is a true cartridge that is capable of being removed and a new unit installed within one hour, drastically reducing costs.
4 sets of bearings can provide higher load bearing and longer service life than the eccentric shaft double bearing vibrator, and the excitation force generate by the eccentric blocks passes through the thickness center of the side plate, and the stress state of the side plate is more ideal.
The lightweight aluminum end cap is easily removed by hand for a quick stroke adjustment. The NJ allows the NJ serial screens to be adjusted to fit any application.
All the bearings are lubricated by grease with special labyrinth seals which are workable to avoid leakage or contamination. An automatic lubrication appliance could be optional for some operation requirement according to customer demand.
